As part of Egypt's 2030 plan, the government is looking to establish startup companies,

The initiative is led by the Minister of Planning and Economic Development, Dr. Hala, and managed by Dr. Haleh Khalil. Through this initiative,
 the government aims to spread awareness about entrepreneurship, streamline the process of starting a business,
and provide practical solutions to overcome obstacles in the development of companies.

To establish a balanced bussniss environment three distinct spaces and activities were chosen:

1. The Administrative Tower:
 This houses large companies that already exist and contribute valuable experience, steps, and relationships that are necessary for the growth of small companies.
 They also benefit from solving logistical problems with the bank or the Ministry.

2. The Incubator:
 This is the perfect place to create new ideas and nurture people to build companies that may have a hand in influencing the world.
 It provides ideas and solutions for companies.

3. The Logistics Area:
 This area has a bank, the Ministry of Planning, and the Ministry of Labor to organize and solve all the expected logistical problems.
 This ensures the smooth conduct of business in the best possible way.
